was created to offer all natural, great-tasting, homemade Italian sauces that help with weekly and monthly meal planning. Each sauce is made from the finest ingredients available and delivered FRESH to your door.

Our Ingredients
Most of the tomato based sauces are made from tomatoes and fresh herbs grown right here in New Jersey. One sauce is made with canned plum tomatoes from the San Marzano region of Italy. These tomatoes are renowned for their uniquely fresh taste and are used in fine Italian restaurants in New York City and around the world.

There is no sugar, corn syrup, msg or any artificial flavor enhancers masked as 'spices' found in many jarred sauces in any of our sauces.

Whenever possible, organic ingredients are used in our recipes. However, I believe that buying organic foods that come from as far away as California or South America have a more negative impact on our planet, and our wallet than buying those same foods grown or manufactured locally. It is very expensive for small, local farmers to obtain the USDA organic stamp of approval but this does not mean they don't grow their food or raise their livestock using sustainable farming methods. Also, tomatoes are not on the "dirty dozen" list of fruits and vegetables that must be organic.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
In an effort to share my fresh sauces without impacting our local landfills, each sauce will be sold in Eco-tainers made from biodegradable and compostable materials.

If you simply throw out your container, it will degrade in approximately 90 days. If you choose to bring your used containers to a compost facility, they will disappear in 45 days. The containers are freezer and microwave safe and the lids are recyclable.

Each container will have a label with the name of the sauce and a date by which you should either freeze or discard.

Our Kitchen
All sauces are created in a kitchen where peanut butter, shellfish, eggs, wheat and dairy products are present. Only dairy products are used in some sauces. Tree nuts and soy are not present.
